The firm is a new, rapidly-growing SEC-registered investment adviser. It uses quantitative portfolio construction processes to deliver independent investment management services to end-customers through institutional channels. The firm specializes in advising and managing mass affluent retirement accounts acquired through these channels. It has developed a proprietary internet-platform for advice generation and client service delivery.
The platform is currently being implemented for a large institutional client, and is being expanded to provide more full-featured wealth management services and retirement income management services. The firm is expecting significant future growth, and has completed a venture round for financing its business plan.

Director Banking Sales
Our company is looking for a well-seasoned dynamic senior executive who has the capacity and energy to build and lead our Banking & Credit Union industry vertical. We require a goals-driven individual who can open up new accounts. The individual will sell a web delivered wealth management service into bank, bank platform & credit union organizations. This sales executive must also have a background in strategic selling and a understanding of how to sell through the channel. The ideal candidate has the experience, capacity and network to establish and scale revenue within a start-up environment.
Principal Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will have experience selling enterprise online financial products and software (e.g., online banking, billpay, payments) to Tier 1 & Tier 2 Banks, Credit Unions as well as partnering with banking platforms
- Exceptional sales knowledge of the banking & credit union marketplace
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically
- As our sales are institutional, the ideal candidate must have sold to C-level executives.
- An intimate knowledge of the financial services and banking industry is required. A comfort with technology is also required, as our product is delivered through our proprietary internet based platform.
- Communicate customers needs to our product development team
Experience and Requirements
- Experience as sales executive in financial or banking technology platform with extraordinary results. The successful candidate will have experience in the development of closing new accounts
- Background should include experience selling to banking industry with understanding of online banking products.
- Strong strategic and tactical leadership skills
- Capable of communicating and working effectively with senior management and key business partners

Investment Analyst
Responsibilities
- Monitoring existing advice generation system for the reasonableness of its advice.
- Maintenance and of model asset class allocations.
- Adaptation of the existing advice generation system and investment processes to the needs of future clients.
- Representation of the firm at meetings with institutional prospects and clients.
- Keeping parameters of the financial planning aspects of the system (such as IRA and plan contribution limits) up to date.
- Writing explanatory text for end-users of the system for publication on the Web site and on paper.
- Producing commentary and newsletters for institutional clients and individual customers.
- Producing performance reports as needed including attribution analysis.
- Providing backup information and analysis for the software development, product management, sales and marketing, and customer support staff.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in investment management.
- CFA, MBA desirable.
- Familiarity with and experience in the use investment analytic software and proficiency with MS Excel.
- Recent experience as an assistant portfolio manager or equivalent.
- Pension consulting and/or financial planning background desirable, as is experience in the mutual fund industry.
- Must be a team player, able to explain investment concepts to software engineers.

Web Designer - User Interface Expert
We are looking for a “can-do” Web Designer who has significant
experience designing highly intuitive and professional User Experience
Interfaces. The candidate must thrive in a small yet fast paced development team.
Applicant will be responsible for assisting in the immediate and gradual
evolution of the Company’s products’ overall User Interface.
Responsibilities
Working in a small and high paced development team, be a major contributor
to the overall evolution of the User Interface for all Company products
(internal and customer facing) as well as Corporate sites.
- Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content, for the Company’s
- Corporate and Product websites. .
- Ensure layout of content is intuitive and logical; if necessary, make recommendation for improvements..
- Create visual concepts (including wireframes) that conform to the Company’s image and standards while ensuring easy and intuitive navigation.

High exposure, servicing position for existing and prospective investment advice clients. Initial assignment will be on-site in the Miami, FL area to launch investment advice service for a major employer.
Responsibilities
- Assist and guide clients in enrolling for investment advice on company’s platform.
- Provide guidance and education for customers regarding their retirement planning needs through one-on-one meetings.
- Serve as intermediary for client to resolve service issues with home office.
- Counsel clients on completion of transaction requests.
- Serve as contact center rep using company’s contact center system.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 6 years of financial services, investment and/or retirement planning experience.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Knowledge of 401(k)/403(b) retirement plans.
- Familiarity with investment concepts, mutual funds and annuities.
- Be resident in or commute to Miami area (or willingness to temporarily relocate to Miami) for initial assignment.
